Our Mission

Our mission is to help people to achieve health, happiness and peace through the path of Yoga and ancient wisdom of Vedic Sciences including Ayurveda, Massages and Meditation.

 

We hold intensive Yoga courses, meditation workshops and Yoga Teacher Training Courses along with the ongoing regular Hatha Yoga classes and therapies like Ayurvedic Massages, Relaxation massages,  Foot Reflexology, Classical Massages and Sports Massages.
